Expected Repair Turnaround Time

We constantly do our best to maintain repair turnaround time as short as possible. There are many factors that determine how long it will be before you get your device back. Please refer to the table below for our current estimation on how long it will take for the full service cycle to complete (From being diagnosed to being repaired.)

Key Points to Keep in Mind

For devices that are out of warranty, a diagnostic fee is charged which is applied to the repair when we know the final cost. The diagnostic fee is different depending on whether it is a Mac or iOS device. If you do not want to repair your device after we let you know the price, the diagnostic fee is not refundable.
iPhone repairs that can be fixed by replacing a modular component (Such as the display, battery, or rear camera) can very often be done the same day depnding on part availability and provided that the device is checked in earlier than 3 hours before closing time; otherwise, it will be repaired the next business day. We do our best to get it done during that time frame, but there are some situations beyond our control that can delay the repair, or situations in which we have to ship your iPhone to an Apple Repair Center (depot).
For iPhone 12 and up, an iPhone with a cracked rear glass only can be repaired. Please keep in mind that if the damage extends to beyond just the rear glass, such as the display also being cracked or the iPhone having liquid damage, the whole iPhone needs to be replaced.
For iPhone 11 and below, an iPhone with a cracked rear glass, or those with liquid damage, require for the whole phone to be replaced and will not be ready the same day.
To help you avoid downtime, we provide loaner devices for both Macs and iPhones; the loaners we provide are subject to the terms and conditions you sign upon initial ticket creation. They can be kept for as long as you need them while your device is being repaired for a flat fee.
